Hellaby Holdings has recently announced the sale of all its companies in the Hellaby Packaging division, being Elldex Packaging’s New Zealand and Australian business, to Coveris.Coveris is one of the of the world’s largest flexible and rigid packaging groups.CIAL and Elldex are close to completing their new factory in Dakota Park.It was this purpose designed building and high-tech manufacturing plant that originally attracted the attention of Coveris when they were looking for a business in the Australasian area.
