Elldex Packaging Solutions is Dakota Park’s latest tenant. They will be moving from their current location at Sturrocks Road, Papanui. Construction has recently commenced on their 4,500sqm building with completion due in February 2015. The new building is located at the south western end of George Bellew Road. Elldex Packaging Solutions manufactures a range of packaging products. The building will be 20 metres high, to house one of the largest extruding and converting manufacturing plants in New Zealand. www.elldex.com
